Senior Installer

HVAC company seeking to hire experienced HVAC Senior Installer for full-time employment.  We specialize in Commercial and residential heating and cooling, and ventilation systems.

Requirements

  • Able to move, carry, & lift to 100 pounds
  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Dependable and willing to show up every day on time ready to work

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Installer. Commercial experience a plus.
  • Must know how to install equipment including furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, split systems, and more.
  • Capable of removing old equipment cleanly and safely; designing, installing, starting up, and testing the new system entirely from start to finish with little to no direction
  • Must have a general understanding of building codes.
  • Understanding of duct sizing and strong duct installation
  • Be able to read blueprints and discuss with contractors and homeowners.
  • Solving problems and troubleshooting effectively while in the field is a must.
  • Adept in low-voltage wiring for all HVAC components
  • Highly efficient with great communication skills
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Strong customer service skills are a must
