Maintenance Membership applies to HVAC equipment only and includes scheduled maintenance services as outlined. Additional systems, repairs, parts, and replacements are not included. Services are performed during normal business hours and require safe access to equipment. Membership must be current to receive benefits. Cancellation is allowed at any time; however, any services rendered or discounts applied may be adjusted to standard rates.
